Respect is earned and given
Treat every member with the respect you would give to someone further along the path. Disagreement is fine. Disrespect is not.

This is not a platform for clout. Do not post to impress. Post to share something real - a win, a lesson, a struggle, a question.
Protect the culture
If you see behaviour that contradicts our values, report it. This community belongs to everyone who contributes to it positively.
Be consistent, not perfect
We celebrate consistency over perfection. Show up imperfectly. Share honestly. The community is here for the journey, not just the destination.
Zero tolerance
Harassment, hate speech, spam, and manipulation have no place here. Violations result in immediate removal, no exceptions.
